All our ingredients are sourced as locally as possible, many of which can be bought in the Farm Shop.
- Milk and cream is fresh from John Lancashire’s Dairy Farm just across the valley in Dobcross.
- Cakes and desserts in the cafe are homemade in our kitchen or locally hand made from small producers, including Stuart Thornley cakes, which have attracted a huge following for his cakes and tray bakes.
- All our cafe staff have been trained on how to make excellent coffee from our chosen whole bean ‘Louie Mio’, which can also be purchased in the shop
