Mrs Darlington's Lemon CurdMrs Darlington and her family have been producing their unique range of high quality curds, jams, preserves, marmalades and chutneys for over 25 years. It all started back in 1981 when they found themselves with a surplus of eggs from their farm. Not wishing them to go to waste, husband Tom encouraged her to use the eggs to make a batch of Lemon Curd (his favourite!), and to see if they could sell it to local shops in nearby towns. Mrs Darlington's curds, jams and sauces have become extremely popular and are a fast selling product.
