Spring is a very busy time here at Albion Farm, with lots of new arrivals springing around in the Castleshaw Valley. Farmers, David and Carl, have brought some of the flock over to Albion so they can graze and have some spring fun. We are very proud of our Dorset Lambs here, producing some of the tastiest Lamb you can buy!
BBQ season is just around the corner, so why not try one of our mini Lamb topside roasting joints, as with a cooking time of just 30 minutes, these would be fantastic on the BBQ. We are also currently developing new ideas for the BBQ, which include mini Beef topside roasting joints, coated in a cracked black pepper and coffee glaze and mini Pork leg joints with a smokey BBQ glaze, all of which are so easy to cook and look, as well as taste, fantastic. Minimum effort and exceptionally good with a selection of our deli items and craft Ales with hopefully some British sunshine!
