There is nothing more comforting than digging into a homemade apple pie on a crisp Autumn evening…….with custard of course! Bramley’s are the apple of choice due to their wonderfully tangy flavour which is retained throughout cooking, together with their light and moist texture. So why not treat your family this evening with a homemade classic!?
