The Port Of Lancaster Smokehouse was established on the Quay in Lancaster over 50 years ago before moving to its current home in Glasson Dock. The smokehouse is still a family run business producing a vast array of smoked produce. They still use the traditional methods when it comes to smoking and curing, with nothing being added to products apart from salt, smoke and time. Ingredients are soured from the local surrounding area and focus on using sustainable, MSC certified fish.

This delicious smoked salmon is sourced from waters off the West Coast of Scotland and smoked in our own kilns for 12-18 hours using highest quality wood chip and saw dust, giving it a flavour which we are famous for.
